Game thread: Aris Salonika v City

A quick chance to put the derby behind them as City face a pair of Cup games this week. Before the FA Cup replay with Notts County (Sunday) comes the first leg of the last-32 knock out stage of the Europa League.

Roberto Mancini has favoured deploying a weakened side in the competition so far, but I'm sure given the two-legged nature of the ties he would be keen to try and win the tie (as much as you can) this evening and may well field a stronger looking side. He has taken a strong looking squad to Greece as City try to end Aris's 40 year unbeaten home record in Europe.

Note that the game kicks off 5pm GMT.
